SMALL DIRECTORY. VISIBLE EVIDENCE.

Know what you’re connecting to.

MCP Iceland gathers services with an Icelandic provider or a useful connection to Icelandic data and needs.

What belongs here

A service can qualify through its provider, its purpose, or the data it makes available. A community tool using public Icelandic data is identified as a community tool. That does not make it an official service of the underlying organisation.

We follow leads to provider documentation and distinguish usable connection information from general API or AI marketing. The current list is a starting point, not a national census.

Trust is described through evidence

01

Sources reviewed

A maintainer or provider describes the service. The source and check date are visible.

02

Connection tested

A dated connection check would show what worked. No independent connection tests are recorded yet.

03

Independent review

A review would identify its scope and findings. No independent security reviews are recorded yet.

These are separate checks. Documentation alone does not establish safety, reliability or endorsement.

A catalogue that can grow

Each service has one structured record. Updating that record regenerates its page, the filters and the agent feed together. Source changes are versioned so an earlier published catalogue can be recovered.

For this preview, updates are managed through the site’s source project. The owner can ask their agent to add a sourced service, correct a record or publish an updated catalogue. The project includes validation and publishing instructions. Visitor editing is not enabled.

New search findings are reviewed before publication. Sources, dates, unresolved questions and migration notices stay with each entry. Regular discovery is planned; an unattended update schedule is not active.

Independent and transparent

Listing a service does not imply a partnership or endorsement. The same evidence requirements will apply to services owned by the directory’s operator. This preview contains public provider information only.

The current source review was completed on 3 Oct 2026. Individual service pages link to the underlying evidence.
